Understanding GRASP's Vision
From the beginning, the aim was to create a website that felt clear, welcoming, and easy to explore. GRASP needed a platform that could tell their story in a meaningful way, while helping people quickly understand what’s on offer and where to go next.
A focus was needed on showcasing the importance of green skills and the opportunities available, and making sure each partner organisation had a strong presence throughout the site. Just as importantly, the experience needed to feel simple and intuitive - guiding users to the right courses without confusion.
It was also about giving the GRASP team the confidence to keep things up to date themselves, with a flexible setup that can grow and evolve alongside the programme.
Empowering Growth Through Smart, Scalable Design
We created a bold new look and feel for GRASP that reflects their purpose and brings real energy to the programme - giving them a strong, recognisable presence from day one. The website was designed to feel simple and easy to use - every part of the journey was shaped around the different people using it; whether that’s employers looking to support their teams, individuals exploring new opportunities, or communities wanting to build greener skills into everyday life.
We built a CMS setup that puts the GRASP team firmly in the driving seat giving them the ability to manage courses, providers, and news independently, without ever needing to pick up the phone to us for day-to-day changes.
The course browsing experience was something we're particularly proud of. Users can filter and explore opportunities in real time, by topic or provider, with a seamless experience that keeps them moving forward rather than waiting around.
Speed and accessibility weren't compromises, they were priorities. The site loads fast across every device and connection, and meets modern accessibility standards throughout, ensuring the programme reaches every person it's designed to serve. And because we built it to grow, the GRASP team can add new courses, onboard new partners, and expand the platform as the programme evolves - no rebuilds, no bottlenecks, just a solid foundation that works.
