Andrew Ingredients wanted to build on their existing website and create a more useful online experience for both customers and their internal team. With a large active customer base, they needed a secure e-commerce platform where existing customers could easily manage invoices, view past orders, reorder familiar products and access pricing specific to their account. The wider website also needed a visual refresh, helping the brand feel more current, easier to use and positioned as leaders in the market.Â
The project focused on making everyday tasks simpler and more efficient. By connecting the website with Andrew Ingredients’ existing offline systems, customers would be able to pay invoices online, manage their account, browse the product catalogue and place orders using either online payment or purchase order options. This would help reduce manual admin, keep product and pricing information more accurate, and give customers a smoother, more convenient way to work with Andrew Ingredients.
Creating a more exciting and functional digital platform
The Andrew Ingredients website was redesigned to create a stronger, more distinctive digital presence while delivering a significantly improved experience for customers. Through engaging visuals, subtle animations and a refined user interface, the new platform better reflects the quality of the brand while making it easier for users to find what they need.
At the heart of the project was a fully bespoke e-commerce platform, allowing customers to browse and purchase products directly online. The experience was enhanced with improved navigation, smarter search, personalised product recommendations, and a custom pricing and catalogue system that displays products and pricing specific to each logged-in customer. New customers can also apply for an account directly through the website.
To support the sales team, we also developed a bespoke CRM and Leads Tracker, enabling staff to manage prospects from first enquiry through to contract completion. The system includes pipeline tracking, search and filtering, note taking, and an interactive reporting dashboard with export functionality, helping streamline sales management and reporting.

The result is a dynamic, bespoke website that reflects Andrew Ingredients’ heritage, expertise, and position within the industry. Combining a premium, professional look and feel with an enhanced user experience, the new platform makes it easier than ever for customers to discover, order, and reorder products.
